Ben Watkins Scores Ultimate Southeast Victory At Lancaster
Lancaster, South Carolina - The Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region traveled to "The Fastest Half Mile Dirt Track In The South" Lancaster Motor Speedway located in Lancaster, South Carolina on Saturday July 13th for the "Shrine Race" event paying $5,000 to win.
Ben Watkins of Rock Hill, South Carolina led flag to flag Saturday at Lancaster Motor Speedway to score the victory with the Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region worth $5,000. The victory was Watkins fourth all time with the Ultimate Southeast Tour. Jeff Smith, Gray Parton, Steve Banal, and Dylan Watson rounded out the top five finishers. The fast qualifier of the event was Ben Watkins. After starting 7th and finishing 5th Dylan Watson was the hard charger of the event.
The next event currently scheduled for the Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region is set for August 2nd at Dixieland Speedway located in Elizabeth City, North Carolina paying $5,000 to win.
The Ultimate Southeast Tour will also be in action on August 3rd at County Line Raceway located in Elm City, North Carolina paying $5,000 to win.
