DUSTIN MITCHELL SCORES ULTIMATE SOUTHEAST VICTORY AT HALIFAX; GRAY PARTON CROWNED 2024 ULTIMATE SOUTHEAST TOUR CHAMPION
Dustin Mitchell Scores Ultimate Southeast Victory At Halifax; Gray Parton Crowned 2024 Ultimate Southeast Tour Champion
Brinkleyville, North Carolina - The Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region traveled to Halifax County Motor Speedway located in Brinkleyville, North Carolina on Saturday September 14th for a event paying $5,000 to win. The event was also the final event of the 2024 race season for the Ultimate Southeast Tour.
Dustin Mitchell of Pine Level, North Carolina led flag to flag in the 40 lap event at Halifax County Motor Speedway to score the victory with the Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region worth $5,000. The victory was Mitchells seventh all time with the Ultimate Southeast Tour. Willie Milliken, Michael Rouse, Brent Robinson, and Daniel Tucker rounded out the top five finishers. The fast qualifier of the event was Dustin Mitchell. After starting 13th and finishing 7th David Yandle was the hard charger of the event.
As the 2024 season came to a close for the Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region Saturday at Halifax County Motor Speedway Gray Parton of Rutherfordton, North Carolina was crowned the 2024 Ultimate Super Late Model Series Southeast Region Champion. Parton also took top honors as Rookie of the Year for the season with the tour.
