Josh Rice Scores Ultimate Victory At Red Hill Raceway
Sumner, Illinois - The Heart of America Ultimate Super Late Model Series Region traveled to Red Hill Raceway located in Sumner, Illinois on September 2nd for a event paying $10,000 to win. The event was also a bonus event for the Ultimate Southeast Tour Region and its competitors.
Josh Rice of Verona, Kentucky took the race lead on lap seven of the event and held off competitors to score the victory with the Heart of America Ultimate Super Late Model Series Region at Red Hill Raceway worth $10,000. Michael Kloos, Greg Johnson, Billy Moyer Sr, and Christian Hanger rounded out the top five finishers. The fast qualifier of the event was Christian Hanger. Heat race winners included Christian Hanger, Billy Moyer Sr, and Josh Rice. After starting 17th and finishing 8th Devin Gilpin was the hard charger of the event.
